Watch for the specials and be sure to pick up some extra in your grocery shopping to help feed the hungry in the SECOM neighborhood. Our church is very supportive of the SECOM food pantry with volunteers from our church who so faithfully give up their time to work in the food pantry and deliver the donations that come in every week. If you are interested in helping out with the delivering of food or working at SECOM a few hours each week please let Nancy Kitchen know at 723-5162. SECOM is in need of personal hygiene products as well as canned fruits and veggies. It is important that we also bring in cans that are low in salt or no salt for those folks who are watching their salt intake. SECOM continues to need grocery bags and egg cartons as well. Thank you to all who so generously give to the SECOM food pantry with their donations of food in the grocery carts or dollars thru your Sunday envelope.
